Verify whether an IP address belongs to Googlebot, Bingbot or OpenAI GPTBot using each crawler's published IP list. Paste firewall, WAF or access-log lines. Free, runs in your browser.
How to use it
Paste IPv4/IPv6 addresses or whole web-server, firewall or WAF log lines. Every IP found in a line is checked.
A verified crawler hit means the address appears on Google's, Bing's or OpenAI's published crawler list — that is the reliable way to tell real bots from spoofed User-Agent strings.
If the IP is not in those lists, treat a Googlebot/Bingbot/GPTBot user agent as untrusted until you confirm with reverse DNS + forward confirm, or with a fresh list.
Checking thousands of IPs, or need live allowlists?
The Cloud IP Range Lookup actor on Apify downloads every provider list fresh on each run, checks up to 50,000 IPs (paste raw log lines) and exports filtered CIDR allowlists, for example Azure Storage in one region or GitHub webhook IPs ($2 per 1,000 IPs).
