IPv6 Subnet Calculator

Calculate IPv6 network address, full expanded and compressed forms, first and last address, and number of /64 subnets for any IPv6 prefix.

How to use it

  1. Enter an IPv6 address with prefix length, e.g. 2001:db8::/48.
  2. Read the network, range and how many /64 LANs the prefix holds. A /48 site gives 65,536 /64s; a /56 gives 256.
